Delivery

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible starting from the next working day after you place your order. Our t-shirts and hoodies are made to order and are usually delivered within 5-7 days using a tracked delivery service, however delivery can be sooner.

Postage service offered depends on the item you have purchased, size and weight.

Patch/greeting card orders only

up to 100g (typically 8 embroidered patches)

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard - usually next day delivery but may take longer.
Buyer assumes responsibility for mail when selecting this method.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - usually within 2-3 days but may take longer.
Buyer assumes responsibility for mail when selecting this method.

 

Royal Mail signed for - when you want peace of mind and the ability to track your order.

Royal Mail signed for - when you want peace of mind and the ability to track your order (recommended).

T-shirts and other bulky items

Royal Mail Tracked is the only delivery option we offer here to ensure your parcel arrives safely. Note: Any information provided at checkout such as email address or mobile

phone number will solely be used to keep you up to date regarding your order.

There may still be slight delays in some areas of the country, so please wait 10 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.

Standard Delivery

• Orders consisting of metal detecting patches only, typically 8 patches (up to 100g):
  Royal Mail 1st Class £1.85 / Royal Mail 2nd Class £1.05 / Signed for £3.50
  (depending on chosen option at checkout)
   

• Orders consisting of t-shirts, other items and bulk orders inc. patches (100g - 2kg)
  Tracked - £4.80
   

• Orders consisting of t-shirts, other items and bulk orders inc. patches (2kg and over)
  Tracked - £7.20

How your delivery will arrive

Delivery will be to the address specified on your order.

Delivery times are aims, not guarantees.

• UK standard parcel orders will be sent using a standard Royal Mail service or a Royal Mail Tracked service (depending on service selected at checkout).
   

• Orders being delivered to Europe will be sent via Royal Mail International tracked.

International orders: Unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery to all international destinations. Please contact us using the form on the contact page to enquire about delivery to your country of residence. If we are unable to deliver, a card will be left and the parcel returned to the delivery office for collection or left with a neighbour. We will be unable to refund the additional cost of postage.

International Deliveries 

If we are able to ship to your international country of residence, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

We send either via Royal Mail Tracked or Untracked depending on the weight, size and value of the parcel who will pass on to a local carrier in the country. We will create a quote including shipping prior to postage to ensure you are happy and you agree.
